Chosen by Mercers Solicitors as charity of the year
March 04 2020
Supporting good mental health is tremendously important, and so we are delighted to have the Charlie Waller Trust as our charity partner this year. We are looking forward to raising funds for them so they may continue their excellent work promoting mental wellbeing among young people in educational establishments, the workplace and elsewhere.
Lady Waller, Head of Fundraising at The Charlie Waller Trust added:
We are enormously grateful to Mercers in Henley for choosing the Charlie Waller Trust as their charity partner this year. Ongoing support from organisations such as this makes a real difference and enables us to teach more schools, universities, FE colleges and workplaces about the importance of mental health.
Ensuring young people know how to stay mentally well and talk openly about depression and other mental health difficulties is essential and with Mercers’ support, we will be able to increase our work with the local community.

With restrictions sadly increasing again, it doesn’t mean that you can’t still have fun from the comfort of your own home! This autumn, we’re inviting you to set up a game of Chicago Bridge or Rubber Bridge, either online or face-to-face with your friends and family.
