Supporting young people's resilience
Resilience is often described as the ability to bounce back from challenges. But what if resilience is about moving forward instead? This webinar, suitable for professionals, parents, carers and anyone with an interest in supporting the wellbeing of young people, explores what resilience means in real life for young people today, recognising that it looks different for everyone. It is co-delivered by a Charlie Waller trainer and one of our youth ambassadors, through a conversational approach. They share practical ways we can learn from our experiences, build on our strengths, values, relationships and support networks, and use these to grow and move forward.
