Interview with Maaria Mahmood from the Muslim Youth Helpline
Maaria Mahmood is the Director of the Muslim Youth Helpline, which was set up by a young man who had identified a lack of support 20 years ago. In this interview, Maaria talks to mental health trainer Andy Caress about why the helpline is still so important in providing a faith and culturally sensitive support service, which covers many issues, including mental health.
