Mental Health Trainer

Based in Norfolk, Rachel joined CWT in 2016 after 5 years running a national organisation for young people affected by self-harm. Rachel has a MSc in Mental Health Science, through which she focussed on biopsychosocial interventions against suicide. Rachel is a passionate communicator and is particularly interested in breaking down difficult or complex subject matter for a variety of different audiences, drawing on both personal and professional experiences.

A keen writer, Rachel also contributes to the Charlie Waller Trust’s printed and online resources. In her spare time, Rachel is busy with 2 teenagers, serves as a School Governor, and is a very involved member of the North Norfolk Beach Runners. Fond of nice coffee and interesting people; cats over dogs.
