
Pamela Butler
Mental Health Trainer
Pamela is a consultant specialising in wellbeing, engagement and inclusive practice across schools and the not-for-profit sector, helping organisations create environments where individuals and communities can thrive. With more than 20 years’ experience working with professionals, parents, carers and young people, she brings a distinctive blend of strategic leadership and frontline insight.
Formerly Head of Services for a London-based mental health charity, Pamela led the development and delivery of therapeutic services for schools and organisations. She authored and delivered a Department for Education quality-assured Senior Mental Health Lead (SMHL) training programme, equipping school senior leadership teams to embed effective whole organisation approaches to mental health and wellbeing. She also delivers annual training for Education Mental Health Practitioners at the University of Reading.
Pamela holds a First-Class Honours degree in Education and a Master’s with Distinction in Policy, from UCL’s Institute of Education, specialising in wellbeing and parental engagement. She is currently working towards a qualification in Health Coaching and is also a trained mediator, parenting group facilitator, and safeguarding and GDPR trainer.
