Natalie is a clinician in the NHS and an Associate Tutor at the University of East Anglia. She is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) and holds degrees in Politics & Development Studies, Nursing, Midwifery, and Public Health, as well as an MSc in Psychology and a certificate in Person-Centred Counselling. 

Natalie was part of the founding team for the Educational Mental Health Practitioner (EMHP) programme at Norwich Medical School. As a subject matter expert, she continues to deliver teaching on child and adolescent mental health, health promotion, reflective practice, diversity, medical humanities, narrative medicine, and creativity and wellbeing. 

Previously, Natalie has consulted on Norfolk County Council guidance and the local CAMHS transformation. She is a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the Association for Child and Adolescent Mental Health (ACAMH).
