Our impact in the workplace

Underpinning our Workplace Programme is a belief in a whole organisation approach that embeds a positive mental health culture within the ethos of the organisation. Our focus is on helping organisations to implement practical, relevant and effective practices that can make a tangible and sustainable difference.

In 2019, 77 sessions were delivered to 1,551 people in the workplace.

We have been celebrating success this morning around how two of our managers have been able to put their learning into practice and implement a conversation with team members ….which subsequently led to an open and honest conversation between them.
Uptake of our Employee Assistance Programme, which had previously been very underused, has risen significantly since the training.
