To mark World Mental Health Day (10 October), we’re inviting teachers and students to walk one mile between 6 and 12 October 2025. You can do laps round the playground or even indoors in the hall – every step counts in support of mental wellbeing.

We’ve known for a long time that being active is crucial for our physical health. There is growing evidence that it’s very good for our mental health and wellbeing too.
