Sometimes, especially when we have other people to look after, it can be hard to remember to take care of our own wellbeing.

Whether or not you’ve experienced mental health issues, you might find our Wellbeing Action Plan useful. Full of practical tips on looking after your wellbeing, it’s a tool you can go back to again and again, and personalise to make it your own.

The first edition was designed for adults who work with children and young people who sometimes find it hard to remember to make time for their own wellbeing! We’ve updated this second edition so that any adult can use it.
