New webinars on mental health

Our experienced mental health trainers have produced a new series of webinars to help people look after their mental health

Topics include ‘Being kind to yourself’, ‘Managing stress’ and ‘Developing a wellness action plan’, and they are free to watch here on the Charlie Waller Trust website.

They are all presented by our mental health trainers who come from a wide range of professions, including education, psychology, social work, youth work, public health, psychotherapy and nursing. Most of our trainers continue to work in these roles whilst training for Charlie Waller Trust and so they are able to keep abreast of the latest developments in their areas and use these to inform their work.

The webinars explore strategies for maintaining positive mental health, paying attention to our own wellbeing and supporting those around us which is crucial at the moment.
