About the whole school and college approach
The Charlie Waller Trust supports education settings to develop and implement a whole school and college approach to improving wellbeing across their community.
We see this as a genuine partnership - working alongside schools and colleges and complementing local support such as:
- Mental health support teams (MHSTs) or equivalent
- Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS), public health contacts, legacy Healthy Schools programmes
- Locally agreed tools and processes which support whole systems approaches to mental health and wellbeing
