Bereavement support
Resources and support for people affected by bereavement.
- Help is at hand - An NHS resource for people bereaved through suicide or apparent suicide, and for those helping them.
- Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide (SOBS) - support, information, help by email, support groups and a national helpline: 0300 111 5065, 9am-9pm Monday-Friday.
- Suicide&Co - support those bereaved by suicide through their counselling service.
- Grief Encounter - supports children and young people through the pain of losing someone. They offer free, immediate, one-to-one support.
- Cruse Bereavement Support - provides counselling and support. They also have a helpline for young people.
