We have partnered with Vespucci Adventures to inspire you to get outside and get hiking, whilst supporting mental health.

Head out on a hike in support of our Hiking for your Head campaign and you'll help open up the conversation around mental health and give your own wellbeing a boost!

There's growing evidence that exercise is good for your mental health and can help with low mood and depression. We also know that the Five Ways to Wellbeing can protect and improve our mental health. ‘Be active’, ‘take notice’ and ‘connect’ are three of the five ways and these hikes will help you practise all three, whilst helping us continue our vital work.

Vespucci aim to make the outdoors more inclusive and accessible by creating self-guided hiking packs that do all the planning and research for you.

Vespucci’s Signature Hike packs are made up of a map + guidebook that contain all the info you need for a great day out in one handy pack: travel tips, points of interest and recommendations for a bite to eat!
