The Charlie Waller Trust Neon Disco 2021
An important update from the 2021 Neon Disco Committee
Following the Government's announcement on Monday 14th June that lockdown easing in England will be delayed by four weeks, we have sadly taken the decision to cancel the Charlie Waller Trust Neon Disco 2021, which was due to take place on Monday 12th July.
The safety of those attending and volunteering at the 2021 event is our main priority and with the new variant and ongoing uncertainty, it makes planning for such an event increasingly difficult. This is why we feel that, whilst incredibly disappointing, it is the right decision to cancel this year’s event.
We thank you for your support and understanding and hopefully we will be back in 2022!
With kindest regards
The Neon Disco Committee

Please read the following carefully before purchasing a 2021 Charlie Waller Trust Neon Disco ticket.
The Charlie Waller Trust is a registered charity in England and Wales (1109984) and the organisers of this event are volunteers.
Neon Disco tickets are non-exchangeable and non-transferable. In the event that tickets sell-out we will operate a waitlist and kindly ask that if you can no longer attend you notify the Charlie Waller office at firstname.lastname@example.org and do not pass your ticket onto someone else.
Tickets will not be issued, so please accept your Eventbrite email as confirmation of your booking.
Admittance is strictly by received application only. Only children whose names are on our list will be admitted. Tickets are not available on the door.
Participants must be responsible for their own safety and act with self-discipline to prevent injury to others or to property. The Charlie Waller Trust and the organisers do not accept any legal liability whether in negligence or otherwise.
In the unlikely event of first aid/medical treatment being needed, you must let us know if you are NOT happy for us to administer basic first aid, which in the opinion of a qualified medical practitioner, may be necessary.
We continue to be in truly unprecedented times. We, of course, want everyone to enjoy the Neon Disco 2021 and the safety of those attending and volunteering at the 2021 event is our main priority. With this in mind it will be necessary for us to make a few important changes to this year’s event and we have provided some detail below.
Prior to the event we will have completed a full risk assessment to ensure we are Covid-secure. It may be necessary for some measures to be in place on the day of the event to help minimise risk. We simply ask that all those attending adhere to all guidelines in place, at the time of the event, to help ensure that the event can be enjoyed safely.
Lateral Flow Test
To attend the Neon Disco 2021, we kindly ask that all children have a Lateral Flow test ahead of the Neon Disco (within 48 hours). Entry will be subject to a negative test result.
Hand sanitizer will be available.
In the event that the Neon Disco 2021 has to be cancelled because of COVID-19, full refunds will be offered.
The organising committee would like to take this opportunity to thank our wonderful sponsors
