Kepler Cheuvreux is a European financial services company which set up its Foundation in June 2020 at the height of the Covid pandemic.

Its aim was to help alleviate the social and economic effects and it focussed on hospitals, doctors and food banks.

When the situation improved, the Foundation chose to focus on anchor projects which are involved in the education, nurturing and protection of young people across Europe. Employees were asked for suggestions and the Charlie Waller Trust was chosen as one of the beneficiaries across Europe.

As of July 2024, the Foundation has given an amazing £150,000 to the Trust. The money comes from Kepler Cheuvreux’s annual Charity Trading Day, where commissions on European equities are donated to the Foundation, as well as monthly donations, voluntary payroll donations and client events.

Laurent Quirin, Chairman of the Kepler Cheureux Foundation Board, said: “Having donated €1.7 million to alleviate the social and economic effects of the Covid pandemic, the Foundation has opened a new chapter. We are focused now on our long-term anchor projects. Our thoughtful and caring staff have chosen nine charities across eight European countries, all with an emphasis on children and teenagers. We thank all donors for their generous support."
