William de Laszlo

A former decorated Captain with the Grenadier Guards, William is the founder and CEO of Agathos Management LLP, a London-based Private Equity fund supporting small to medium-sized UK businesses to fulfil their potential. Agathos partners with exceptional management teams to help build valuable businesses which have a positive impact on the communities they serve. William has been associated with the Trust for many years. He is passionate about the measurement of its impact and has seen first-hand the positive effects it has had on many people’s lives. In conjunction with being a Trustee he is also a member of the Trust’s Investment Committee.

As a Trustee, Will is particularly interested in fundraising via Charitable Trusts and Foundations and supports Natalie Norris, Trusts and Grants Fundraising Officer.  Will has extensive knowledge of the Trust and Foundation landscape as a Trustee and Adviser to a number of Charities and Charitable Trusts, as well as a deep understanding of Charlie Waller’s charitable activity through his many years supporting us and his connection with Charlie and the Waller family. Will offers his insights and advice on this aspect of our fundraising.
