
Jessica Parker
Trainer
Jessica has a background in both Psychology and Education and is currently undertaking PhD in Psychological Medicine at Kings College London. Alongside her studies, Jessica has developed, delivered, and managed many mental health education programmes. She brings her experience of national-level programmes, including those on behalf of the Departments for Health and Education. Jessica has supported many children and adults in mental health and education settings. She uses her own experiences to ensure that she delivers highly effective and compassionate training. Jessica was formerly a School Engagement Trainer at the Anna Freud Centre, where she worked with professionals, caregivers, young people, and the Education Director at Creative Education. She has designed bespoke training on various mental health topics. Jessica's particular areas of interest are Eating Disorder, Suicide Prevention, and Trauma-Informed Practice. She is passionate about whole-organisation approaches to mental health and has experience supporting organisations across many sectors to evaluate and enhance their practice.
